working principle
The specialized crystallizer for mirabilite is equipped with a downcomer. During operation, the hot saturated liquid is continuously added to the crystallizer and enters the bottom of the crystallization. After mixing with the mother liquid containing small crystals in the circulation pipe, it is pumped to the external cooler. After cooling, the solution is sent to the collection tank and then enters the crystallizer. The solution cools at the liquid level and reaches supersaturation, where some solutes deposit on the surface of suspended particles, causing the crystals to grow. Form a suspended fluidized bed in the crystallizer and discharge the material through the selected outlet. During the crystallization process, the supersaturation of the solution, the uniformity and consistency of the material temperature, as well as the stirring speed and cooling area, are the decisive factors affecting the grain size and appearance of the product.
