Continuous crystallizer

Continuous crystallizer is a device that can achieve continuous crystallization compared to traditional intermittent crystallization. Suitable for most materials, the continuous crystallizer has obvious advantages when the processing capacity is relatively large. It has the advantages of simple operation, high degree of automation, stable product indicators, small equipment investment, small land occupation, and low energy consumption, which cannot be compared with intermittent crystallization.

Evaporation crystallizer

The evaporative crystallizer is a device where materials reach saturation during the evaporation process and solid crystals precipitate. The purpose of material crystallization and separation is achieved through evaporation. Similar in principle to ordinary evaporators, but due to the precipitation of crystals during the evaporation process, forced circulation evaporators are often used as the evaporator form. At the same time, the design of the crystallizer should consider crystal growth. Evaporative crystallizers are generally operated under negative pressure, using multi effect evaporation or MVR evaporation to reduce energy consumption. ​

Multi effect evaporation crystallization equipment

Multi effect evaporative crystallizer equipment is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, light industry, food, petrochemical, metallurgy, etc. It is commonly used to process large amounts of materials and vaporize a large amount of water, while achieving the goal of steam conservation. Multi effect evaporation is a system that connects multiple evaporators in series. Except for using heating steam, all other effects utilize the secondary steam generated by the previous effect. Only the secondary steam of the first effect needs to be condensed by the cooling medium. Therefore, multi effect evaporation not only significantly saves the consumption of heating steam, but also significantly saves the amount of cooling water.
